It's very simple really - whenever you see the BUY button, click on it and this item will be placed into your virtual shopping basket, which you'll initially see on the right side panels. Once you've finished placing all the items you need in your basket, simply click the 'Checkout Now' link and follow the instructions!

If you wish to add to an order that has not yet been dispatched, perhaps to save on postage costs, simply make another order and contact us, telling us the details of your previous order and to combine the new order with it. We'll happily refund the postage charge on the new order for you but please note, all refunds for this purpose will be made to your Moneyback to avoid bank charges. If you would like this refund made to your original payment method, we can do so but we must charge 10% of the refund amount to cover our bank charges.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay for any of your items using the most popular credit and debit cards: VISA, VISA Delta, Mastercard, Switch (now Maestro) and Solo.
We do not accept PayPal at this time because it is so easily abusable; we can arrange it upon request if you purchase trackable delivery, if you have no other alternative. Simply contact us and we'll tell you how to do so.

What currency will my order be placed in?
|
Your order will be placed in British Pounds Sterling and your bank's exchange rate determines exactly how much your order will cost in your currency. You can of course view the cost of an item in two other currencies, US Dollar and Euro, by clicking the relevant flag under the basket, but this is for information purposes only and is only a rough calculation. Don't worry though, you will pay the correct price in Pounds Sterling!

How secure is your payment processing?

Online orders are extremely secure indeed - we do not hold your credit or debit card details on file and all transaction data is transmitted from your computer to the online payment service using 128 bit SSL encryption technology. This encryption ensures that your data remains confidential and cannot be interfered with whilst being transmitted over the internet. In short, you're as safe as possible!

Do you apply VAT to my orders?

If you live within the UK, all our prices are inclusive of VAT. Any confirmation e-mails you receive from us will reflect this, and will display the % rate used for each item. If you require our VAT number, this can be supplied on request.

What about postage costs?
|
Shipping is FREE, as long as you purchase items worth £100 or more if you're in the UK, or purchase items worth £200 or more if you're not in the UK. See the Shipping FAQ page for details!

Can i see my previous orders?

Yes! You can view all the orders you have placed on this website. Simply visit the My Orders page within your account.

What contact can i expect from you regarding my order?
|
We aim to keep you as informed as possible - there's nothing worse than having no contact with a faceless store telling you nothing about your orders!
Once you place your order and pay for it, we will send an e-mail notifying you of your order, your order number, when we expect to fulfil it and so on.
If we cannot fulfil that order immediately, due to out of stock items and so on, we will send a further e-mail notifying you of this and giving you an estimated time of arrival. If we have to split the order, sending items we have in stock and ordering items we do not have in stock, we will send an e-mail telling you which items we have sent and which we need to order.
We will also send another e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

Do manufacturer warranties apply?

Of course. If you have purchased any of our products and, after you've opened its spangly new box and checked the contents thoroughly, find that a part is either missing or has been miscast, let us know and we'll send you a replacement as soon as we can!

How do i know you are reliable?

It is always a worry for first-time buyers of any webstore, but we ask that you understand that Mierce Miniatures Ltd are an honest company that abides by all United Kingdom rules and regulations regarding distance selling. If you have any problems with our service we will do our utmost to correct the problem, and whilst on occasion mistakes may be made by our staff we do hope that you understand that we are human and we do have your best interests at heart!
